I bought earrings from Belleza by Rita shah.she is give me promise about earring,but now when I was received n not setisfy with her Jwellery than called her for help,than she replied me not properly n rouse.she doesnt want to earn completely out of mind.her business not going up but she want to earn only money.when costumers not setisfied than company also not run.

If you buy jewelry from this merchant, make certain you keep copies of all receipts and correspondence. You will need record of merchandise not received also. Be prepared to have your credit card company/bank assist you when you file a dispute for charges. It is sad when one buys items in good faith and then realizes that they paid for something that either will take forever to be received or even worse, never received. The customer service is terrible and phone calls are not answered. Most email contacts are also ignored. Good luck if you have issues with this company!!

Beware of this vendor, they do not deliver a product

I ordered a bracelet from them, waited the 21 BUSINESS days for delivery and the product never showed. I tried contacting the vendor and they did not respond. I cannot recommend any company that will not even respond to a customer inquiry about a purchase from that company. I tried to leave a negative response on Amazon but since I did not purchase through Amazon was unable to leave the review. I purchased the bracelet through Deal Savers and fortunately Deal Savers was able to refund my money after they were unable to obtain any tracking info from the vendor Belleza Jewlery. Save your self some grief and do not order from this vendor.

I placed the order Oct. 25, 2015 - I was told each time I called that it had been shipped. I finally received the necklace on Jan. 5 - I was told they had a 21 day rule for shipping, however, I can tell by looking at the tracking record that this item did not leave their address until Dec. 10 , which clearly is past the 21 day rule. Also, why would it take 21 days to prepare for shipping. I believe they wait for the order to be placed and paid for, then they place their order with the wholesaler. But item was finally delivered Jan. 5. Product is beautiful. It is too bad they have such poor service.

Bought a coupon didn't get product.

My experience with this company was a nightmare. BEWARE... the item pictured is NOT the item purchased. Happened to me with a necklace I bought all 3 colors in. the photo was a beautiful necklace the product delivered was a cheap piece of *** I will not wear. Also, got caught up in a bracelet scam that involved a Deal Chicken purchase. NEVER received item. pursued it until I tracked the owner down on Facebook after some research. Working out of their house in farm country. I would not purchase from this business.

I ordered a piece july 23rd. Today is Sept 23rd and I'm still waiting. I understand when a specific item turns out to be more popular than expected, and causes delays, but this is way to long. Company has done well appeasing customers up to now, but my patience is running thin. We shall see.

Contact the seller on May 11 with an eye-catching subject line (instead of replying to the original order email), demanding to know why my emails were being ignored and why I still didn't have my order. Got a reply, "We did hold the order because the pieces came in damaged and I apologize for not seeing your previous email.

We will be sending this out asap. Again, my sincerest apologies."

It's May 22.

Still haven't received an email to confirm it's been shipped. It's been 46 business days since I placed my order.

I ordered two necklaces, a ring and a pair of earrings on March 26th in anticipation of Mother's Day on May 10th. I waited until April 27th, 21 business days after the order (as per their Shipping information: "As always please allow up to 21 business days for your item to leave our facility as most of our items are handmade to order.") to e-mail them about the status of the order. I received a same-day reply, "I am hoping to ship Wednesday", which was April 29th. I never received a shipment notification. May 4th, I e-mailed "Were these items sent out last week? They are Mother's Day gifts that I would like by the end of the week." As per their Contact page, "if your order is date/time sensitive please email, call or note this in your order comments and we will do everything possible to get your item to you on time". I told them this was for Mother's Day. I never received a reply. May 7th, I received a shipment confirmation for the order I placed on April 16th! I e-mailed them, AGAIN, and asked "Was this ever sent? This is a mother's day gift and I just got the shipping confirmation for the order I placed in April..." I have not received a reply. I think their items are interesting, which is why I had made a total of three orders with this company. I'll never buy from them again. My time/job restrictions didn't allow me much time to call them to ask about the order, but you can bet I'll be calling Monday morning. This is ridiculous. If you can't keep up with orders, then STOP sending out e-mails every other day with the things you can "make" because obviously you can't. And now I see why the Better Business Bureau gave them an F rating and they have 306 complaints against them for delivery.

I CAN NOT recommend this company. The items I ordered were two necklaces. I ordered them on November 28th and were GUARANTEED Christmas delivery. They were a Living Social coupon. Living Social informed me that so much time had gone by that they had already paid Belleza. That same day, December 28th, Belleza told me that they would not refund my money because Living Social had to refund me. They also told me my items would be shipped that week. They finally arrived today - January 16th. SIX WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE. This business has been reported to the Better Business Bureau over 100 times. Buyer BEWARE! I will never shop them again and will warn others to not shop there.

If an item is shortened from the manufacturer, then the length of time to receive the item can be longer. LivingSocial charged you and therefore the refund has to come from them.

However your item was redeemed and shipped and therefore according to their policy, you are not eligible for a refund. You do not have to order again and your comment on our Facebook about future pay is out there as you did not pay BellezaJewelry anything.

I ordered a necklace in mid November thru living social and as of January 14th have yet to receive it. I'm pursuing legal action because this is fraud. When I complained numerous times through email and phone that i haven't received my item they sent me a tracking number from the USPS. When that didn't arrive the postal service told me the company printed a label but never sent the item. Very Very shady. DO not order from this company at all!!! I note that your item 'was' delivered on 1/16.

It did ship on 1/5 as indicated. We DO NOT control how slow the post office is and no one would have told you it wasn't shipped on the 5th because it was picked up and scanned. You are flat out lying.

As the business, frankly I'm tired of being accused of being shady, not sending items when they are sent and there sometimes are delays in the post office. When you come at me for a class action lawsuit, make sure you start by saying you lied about not receiving your item when you clearly did.

Ordered a pendant thru Living Social, and specifically asked that it be delivered by a certain date, almost 45 days from order. Co. confirmed that item would be received as requested, but when it didn't come, was told that owner had gall bladder surgery and couldn't get it out. Is there only one employee at this place? If not, that's not an excuse. Then when item was received, it was not the color requested, but with a note saying that it was a manufacturer's mistake and the correct color would be shipped within a week of my confirming that I still wanted the original color. I sent the confirmation immediately. Two weeks went by and I sent another email asking if I was going to get the correct color. To date, the company has not even had the courtesy of a reply. Jewelry incredibly overpriced, but even with the coupon, this wasn't a good deal.

I ordered three vouchers from Deal Chicken for three Breast Cancer Awareness bracelets. This was in the Fall of 2013. Two were to be Christmas gifts. I placed the order as soon as it was offered, so they couldn't have had that many orders immediately. Teresa Cikovic kept emailing me saying there was one delay after another: a flood of orders, ran out of parts etc. Then she said they were working seven days a week to get the orders out for Christmas. After several months I called. There was never anyone there answering the phone. A time or two I was able to leave a message. There never was a return call. I finally got a refund from Deal Chicken after much aggravation from Belleza. People who regularly steal from others like this should be thrown in jail.

I got the wrong Quantity.....Problem resolved

I had a problem with Belleza Jewelry with shipping the wrong quantity. I called and inquired, I spoke to Debbie the owner and with in 1 hr from the time I make a call I had a response. The problem was resolved. The missing Item is being shipped. The owner created a label to ship my missing item. I can't understand all the negative comments here about this company. I appreciate the great customer service. I am 100% satisfied. I will do business again with this company. I am a business person too, I understand that we all have problems in the business. We should at least give the company a chance to fix or correct the problem.

I asked for a status on my purchase, which was three weeks to the date that I purchased it, and received a very sarcastic and attacking reply. I've never been treated so rudely by customer service and at that, the jewelry is poorly made. The date that showed it had already gone two weeks past and the tracking number still showed it was "ready to be shipped". It was supposed to be a gift and the recipient didn't receive it in time for the event. I'll never shop this place again. As I told the rep who replied to me, it's no wonder they have to discount their items to make a sale!
